101 West 12th Street, Unit 15A | West Village | Junior 1BR at The John Adams
West Village. High floor. Sunset views that actually stop you mid-sentence.
Unit 15A at The John Adams is a junior one bedroom on a coveted high floor in one of the West Village’s most established full-service buildings. The layout works harder than most: an updated open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and new cabinetry opens directly to the living and dining area, and a barn door-separated alcove gives you a real sleeping space or a dedicated work-from-home setup. Not a studio. Not a compromise. A genuinely functional home.
Oversized windows face west. Every evening, you get the kind of Manhattan sunset view that makes buyers stop mid-showing and just stand there. Storage is built-in and ample. The bathroom is fully updated with modern finishes. The apartment is move-in ready.
The John Adams is the kind of West Village building that doesn’t need to try hard. Residents get a 24-hour doorman, full concierge service, and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views across Manhattan. Outside the front door: the best of the West Village. Bleecker Street dining. Hudson River Park. The Highline. Christopher Street subway access for the 1, 2, and 3 trains.
Junior one bedrooms in full-service West Village buildings at this price point and floor level don’t sit. If you’ve been waiting for the right one, this is a serious look.
